Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Packd ("Packd," "we," "us," or "our"), including our digital downloads, automation packs, PLR/MRR licenses, The Vault membership, photo editing service, and Done-For-You Personalized Setup (collectively, the "Services"), available at packd.cloud. By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Packd is operated by Linkedd LLC, a Montana limited liability company (file no. C1631496).
Mailing address: 226 S Cruise Ave, Helena, MT 59601. Questions and notices: hello@packd.cloud.
1. Overview of Services
Packd currently offers these purchase types:
- Digital downloads — one-time purchases of toolkit bundles, Notion/Canva files, AI prompt libraries, automation-pack guides, and PLR/MRR source licenses.
- The Vault — a $12/month recurring membership that provides access to our full library of digital products plus new monthly drops for as long as your membership is active.
- Photo editing — one-time custom editing orders (including rush and bulk packages) and a separate 25 Photos/Month recurring subscription.
- Done-For-You Personalized Setup — a one-time custom setup service in which we personalize selected Packd materials with your branding.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account; (c) upload content you don't have the right to use (see Sections 3 and 5); (d) upload malicious files, or content that is obscene, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful; or (e) resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Services or our digital products except as expressly permitted below. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
3. Digital Product License and Copyright
When you purchase a digital product bundle (or access one through The Vault), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal or business projects — for example, using a Notion template to run your own business, or a Canva pack to create content for your own brand or clients' end deliverables.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or repackage our templates, packs, or prompt libraries as your own product (in original or modified form);
- Upload our files to another marketplace, template store, or "freebie" site;
- Share your login, download links, or Vault access with anyone outside your own team/business.
You may use the finished output you create with our templates (for example, a client's completed Notion workspace or a social post designed from a Canva pack) freely, including in commercial client work, as long as you're not distributing the underlying template file itself. A purchase does not transfer Packd's copyright or give you a general right to redistribute Packd files. If you believe material available through Packd infringes your copyright, follow the notice and counter-notice process in our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
PLR/MRR purchases may include additional rebrand or resale rights only when those rights are expressly granted by the applicable PLR/MRR License and product terms. Those specific rights are preserved; they do not transfer the underlying Packd license itself.
4. The Vault — Subscription Terms
The Vault is a recurring membership billed monthly at $12/month (plus applicable tax) until canceled. Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle and your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel anytime through your account's customer billing portal. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll keep access to The Vault through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, i.e., canceling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the unused portion of that month.
We may change Vault pricing or included content going forward; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active members of material changes in advance.
5. Photo Editing Service
When you book a photo editing service, the following apply:
- Rights to submitted photos. You confirm that you own the rights to, or otherwise have permission to submit and have edited, every photo you send us. You are solely responsible for the legality of the content you submit.
- Turnaround times. Standard turnaround is 24 hours (Basic), 48 hours (Advanced), or 72 hours (Full Commercial) from receipt of your files and full project details, unless a 24-hour rush upcharge is purchased, in which case we target delivery within 24 hours. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by file size, order volume, and the completeness of your instructions.
- Bulk packages. Multi-photo bulk packages are priced and delivered as a single batch; turnaround begins once all photos in the batch have been received.
- Revisions. Reasonable revision requests aligned with your original brief are included; requests that go beyond the original scope (new edits not previously discussed, or a materially different style) may be treated as a new order.
- Delivery. Edited files are delivered electronically via the link or method specified at booking.
6. Done-For-You Personalized Setup
Done-For-You Personalized Setup is a custom service, not a digital download. The Done-For-You Service Terms describe the included Notion Freelancer OS, Canva pack, and AI prompt library personalization, customer-provided brand details, email-based delivery stages, one consolidated reasonable revision round, customer-caused delays, and what is outside scope. The 30-day digital-purchase refund window does not apply to this service; see the Refund Policy for the process when a custom service cannot be completed or does not match the agreed brief.
7. AI, Professional Use, and Your Responsibility
Packd's templates, prompts, checklists, automation guides, and related materials are organizational and educational resources, not legal, tax, financial, investment, real-estate, medical, mental-health, coaching, therapy, accounting, compliance, employment, insurance, or other professional advice. Packd does not provide clinical, diagnostic, treatment, brokerage, legal, tax, or financial guidance through these products and does not guarantee clients, revenue, growth, productivity, health outcomes, or any other result.
If you use Packd prompts or guides with an AI tool, treat the output as a draft. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, privacy, appropriateness, and compliance before relying on, sharing, publishing, or sending it. Do not put confidential client, patient, customer, employee, financial, or other sensitive information into an AI tool or workspace unless you have independently confirmed that the tool, permissions, consent, and process are appropriate. See the Packd Disclaimer for the fuller scope and responsible-use guidance.
8. Refund Policy
The Refund Policy is the controlling policy for refunds. It gives eligible one-time digital purchases a full-refund request window of 30 calendar days from the purchase date, whether or not the files were downloaded or opened. Recurring membership charges and custom-service purchases do not qualify for that automatic window; the policy explains their cancellation and service-specific review rules.
The policy covers toolkit downloads, automation packs, PLR/MRR licenses, The Vault, photo editing, and Done-For-You Personalized Setup. Request a refund by emailing hello@packd.cloud with the purchase details described in that policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
9. Privacy, Cookies, and Payment Processing
Packd's Privacy Policy explains the information collected through signups, orders, accounts, and services, how it is used, retention and deletion requests, and the role of Stripe. The Cookie Policy & Browser Storage describes the cookies, browser storage, first-party attribution, and visitor controls. Packd does not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or session replay.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe through Linkedd LLC’s own Stripe account. We do not store your full card details on our systems. These Terms do not change the data practices described in the Privacy Policy or Cookie Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packd and its owners/operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
How to raise a concern: Email hello@packd.cloud, preferably from the email address used for your purchase. Include the product or service, purchase date, relevant order details, what happened, and the resolution you are requesting. For refund or custom-service concerns, use the process and timing in the Refund Policy and Done-For-You Service Terms.
Informal resolution: Before starting formal proceedings, either party may contact Packd to try to resolve the concern informally. This step is encouraged but is not a required precondition to filing a claim or using another lawful process.
Governing law: Montana law governs these Terms, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise. These Terms do not require individual arbitration, name an arbitration provider or rules, select a court venue, require a jury waiver, or waive or limit participation in a class or collective action. Any court or other forum will decide whether it has jurisdiction and what law applies under applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Contact
Questions, concerns, refund requests, copyright notices, and data-rights requests should use the contact process on the applicable policy page or be sent to hello@packd.cloud. Packd's related customer-facing policies are:
