This page explains the separate PLR/MRR tier in everyday language. It is the license that lets you turn the purchased source materials into your own branded digital product.

What you may do

Download the editable source files for the specific toolkit you purchased.
Change the wording, layout, colors, examples, instructions, and branding to suit your business.
Combine the reworked materials with your own original material.
Sell your finished, rebranded version to your own customers under your own name and offer.

What you must not do

Do not sell anything as-is. Make meaningful changes and remove Packd branding first.
Do not sell it under the Packd name or suggest that Packd is the seller of your version.
Do not claim Packd created your version. Your customer should understand that your business made and supports the rebranded product.
Do not resell, share, sublicense, or transfer this PLR/MRR license itself. The license belongs to the original buyer and cannot be passed to another person.
Do not share the unmodified source package, your delivery links, or the source files as a free download or account-access substitute.

Before you publish

Replace Packd names, logos, links, examples, and references. Check every file, claim, prompt, image, and third-party asset yourself. Add your own customer support contact, refund policy, and usage terms. You are responsible for your rebranded product and for following the rules of the marketplace where you sell it.

What this license does not mean

It is not a hosted Notion duplicate, Canva share link, trademark license, legal advice, or permission to use someone else's images, fonts, trademarks, or confidential information. Where a source is delivered as CSV, SVG, or TXT, those are the honest editable files you receive.

Simple rule: make it yours before you sell it. Remove Packd branding, add your own, and never pass this license to someone else.
